Privacy policy

This page describes what Placed collects when you browse, submit a brief, create an account or pay for a placement. Last updated 17 August 2026. It restates what the product already does; it is not new legal advice.

Who we are

Placed is operated by InCryptoland SAS, RCS Paris 920 325 263, 66 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris. Questions: placed@incryptoland.com.

What we collect

Account details you type at signup (name, email, password via Supabase Auth). Briefs and contact details you submit on Check my news, Personal Brand Club, Concierge, and price-on-request enquiries — stored in our database behind an admin login, not posted into a public chat. Order and billing details needed to take payment and fulfil a placement. Messages you send to support.

Analytics cookies

We use one analytics cookie (Google Analytics 4) to count visits and see which pages work. Nothing is requested from Google until you accept. Refusing is one click, the same size as accepting. The choice is stored for six months and can be opened again from any Cookies link. We do not use session recordings (PostHog, Hotjar or similar).

Payments

Card payments run through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe sends a provisional invoice/receipt for the prepayment; final amount is confirmed when content is approved for publication. See the refund policy for holding, replacement and refunds.

Email

If you create an account, we use your email for account notices and order confirmations. Marketing mail is opt-in at signup and can be stopped from the unsubscribe link. We do not sell your email.

Your rights

You can ask us to update or delete personal information we hold, and to send only essential account mail if you opt out of marketing. Write to placed@incryptoland.com.
